Isnad is designed to keep your reading and study experience private. The app works without an account and does not use advertising, analytics, or tracking technologies.

01Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Isnad application for iOS and iPadOS. It explains what information the app handles, why it is used, how long it is retained, and what choices are available to you.

02Information we collect

Isnad does not automatically collect or transmit personal information. The app does not require registration and does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

  • No advertising identifiers or tracking profiles.
  • No location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data.
  • No usage analytics or behavioral profiling.
  • No sale or rental of personal information.

03Information stored on your device

Isnad stores a small amount of preference data locally to provide its core experience:

  • Your selected application language.
  • Whether the introductory onboarding has been completed.
  • The Beautiful Names you add to favorites.

This information is not sent to the developer. You can change these preferences inside the app. Removing the app removes its locally stored application data from the device.

04Feedback and support emails

Contacting support is optional and initiated by you. When you choose a feedback topic, Isnad prepares an editable email draft in your mail application. Nothing is sent automatically.

If you send a message, your email address and the information you include are delivered through your chosen email provider. They are used only to respond to your request, provide support, or investigate a reported content correction. Support messages are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.

05External links

Isnad may open cited sources or other external pages in your browser. Those websites operate independently and are governed by their own privacy policies. Isnad does not control their content or data practices.

06Sharing and disclosure

Isnad does not sell, rent, or share personal information with advertisers or data brokers. Information is disclosed only when you intentionally send an email, when required by applicable law, or when necessary to protect legal rights and safety.

07Children’s privacy

Isnad does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app’s core content can be used without creating an account or providing personal details. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent personal information by email may contact us to request its deletion.

08Retention and deletion

On-device preferences remain until you change them or remove the app. Support correspondence is retained only as long as needed to address the request and maintain an appropriate record of content corrections. You may request deletion of a support message by contacting the address below.

09Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the app’s features or legal requirements change. The current version will always be published on this page with its effective date.
